Gardens of England &
Chelsea Flower Show Trip

May 14th - 22nd, 2027

Experience the ultimate garden lover’s adventure to the famous Chelsea Flower Show with Earthbound Expeditions, hosted by Columbus Botanical Garden! In addition to the legendary Chelsea show, we will explore the great estates and gardens of  Southern England, historic Oxford, and the picturesque Cotswolds!

August 14th - Abundant Offerings
During this drop in program we’ll highlight La Vendedora de Frutas, learn about creating an ofrenda and the tradition of leaving food for our loved ones, have a chance to try some fruits and foods and weave a small basket to take home!

August 21st - Wings and Whereabouts
Highlighting La Catrina Vestida de Mariposas, guests can learn about the monarch butterfly, what they symbolize in Mexican culture, and how we can reflect on our own journeys by creating a pair of wings that represent who we are.

Pollinator Palooza

Sat, August 22 | 9am - 12pm

Drop in to celebrate the bees, birds, butterflies and all of the other pollinators that help our garden grow. Participate in The Great Southeast Pollinator Census by collecting scientific data that will be included in the statewide count. Attendees will also have opportunities to learn about different types of pollinators through educational activities, games and pollinator friendly crafts!

at North Columbus Library
Join Columbus Botanical Garden at North Columbus Library for a movie night on August 28th! Learn about Dia de los Muertos traditions and enjoy the Disney film Coco starting at 6:30pm. Join us from 6-6:30 to make your own Catrina mask and learn about the Columbus Botanical Garden's traveling exhibit, La Calavera Catrina.
