A very unusual hybrid with branches that twist, turn and loop like those of Contorted Filbert (Henry Lauder Walking Stick), the Egao Corkscrew Camellia is truly one of a kind! But the appeal doesn't stop with the contorted branches as it also wow's with an abundance of spectacular double flowers that have ruffled pink petals from mid fall through early winter. These flowers span to 3 inches across and average around 15 petals. Deep green foliage is the perfect backdrop for the flowers. Cut branches are spectacular in vases...that is if you want to cut a branch!
