Let’s dive into why wetlands are the unsung heroes of our planet. These incredible ecosystems do more than just look pretty—they’re game-changers for our environment! They are water wizards, flood fighters, climate guardians, wildlife wonderlands and coastal protectors.  Wetlands are vital to the health of our planet, performing countless ecological services while supporting a rich tapestry of life. So, let’s celebrate these remarkable environments, they’re truly changing the planet for the better!

Our monthly Lunch and Learn series is a chance to participate in an informal learning session.  The monthly topics range from gardening basics, growing tips and history on specific flora and fauna varieties, environmental conservation, pollinators and birds, community programs, flower arranging, self-improvement through nature, and more. The class lesson goes for approximately 45 minutes, with a 15-minute Q&A session at the end. An experienced instructor with the knowledge and skills to give trusted and accurate information on the class subject leads each class.
